CRM / E-Mail Marketing Manager (F/M/D)

JOB

  • Strategically conceptualize a new DTC Customer Loyalty Program and lead, build, implementation and training, as well as take ownership of commercial results
  • Strategically Conceptualize new Email Campaigns to improve Customer Lifecycles Value, by addressing lead generation, existing customer base and retention (loyalty) management
  • Lead and develop the Global DTC Email Campaign Plan
  • Build and Implement New Email Campaigns from segmentation, template creation to the parametrization of the campaign in the CRM platform, supported by other team members
  • Be accountable for the Global DTC CRM Customer Journey and CRM platform(s)
  • Lead and build Global DTC CRM data structure and take ownership of quality of user data
  • Constantly develop Customer Segments, triggers, new attributes based on customer journeys and habits to optimize Customer Lifecycles Value
  • Constantly improve entire CRM process for content, design implementation, efficiency criteria's and build good relationships with other supporting marketing team members
  • Lead and design A/B-Tests and variations to continuously optimize the performance of all campaigns
  • Setup KPI Dashboard(s) and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports

qualifications

  • 3+ years' work experience in the field of CRM, marketing agencies or similar positions
  • Academic degree in business with an analytical, marketing or technical focus or similar work experience
  • Passion for Cosmetics, Lifestyle and Consumer Goods
  • Passion for data quality, customer satisfaction and business analytics
  • Quick comprehension of complex matters and the ability to draw action-points upon results
  • Fundamental knowledge about relevant CRM KPI’s (e.g. CLV, Customer Acquisition Costs, etc.) is a must
  • Experience with Klaviyo platform is a plus
  • Good knowledge in building Emails using editors, HTML/CSS is a real plus
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, ideally in German as well
  • Very good in Excel and basic DB/SQL knowledge is a must
