Content Marketing Manager (F/M/D)


  • Strategic planning and creation of product- and target group-oriented content
  • Responsible for the creation of a high-quality editorial plan as well as the implementation of content
  • Developing content strategies for our social media channels as well as our B2B and B2C business
  • Producing commercial content, storytelling and engagement assets to ensure a cohesive and impactful digital brand presence
  • Managing freelancers and agencies (e.g., social media, video, visuals, copy, posts, emails, campaigns, storytelling, copywriting and other assets) and relationship management
  • Work closely and coordinate with visual design department to create visual content
  • Ensure content quality is in line with brand DNA and guidelines
  • Co-lead the global marketing calendar and work closely with other members of the marketing and product team to ensure quality and consistency of global digital marketing strategy and execution
  • Proofread, edit and create own content and engagement across our social channels
  • Performing analysis, evaluation and sharing with relevant stakeholders
  • Work closely with the sales team to implement all necessary requirements for B2B


  • Ideally, you have a degree or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, literature, linguistics, public relations, journalism or media 
  • At least 3 years of experience in content marketing or copywriting 
  • Passion for content creation, editorial thinking, polished writing skills, creative mind and an eye for good design
  • Strong understanding of social media channels and what engages customers and builds online communities
  • Passion for beauty, lifestyle, consumer products and digital business 
  • Understanding of web publishing, traffic and CRM requirements
  • Native or fluent level in German and English
