Content Marketing Manager (F/M/D)


  • Spearhead the engagement with our customers through compelling brand and marketing content creation across the websites and social media platforms
  • Monitor, evaluate, and optimize the performance of content
  • Lead content creation and manage relationships with internal and external content creators, freelancers and agencies (e.g. social media, video & image graphics, copywriting, posts, email, campaigns, storytelling, ad copies, other assets)
  • Identify new content creators and audit their performance
  • Keep quality of creatives and copy in line with brand DNA and guides
  • Research content trends and SEO best practices based on market research, targeting our audience, competition, products globally
  • Co-Lead the Global Marketing Calendar and work closely with the other marketing and product team members to ensure quality and consistency in the Global Digital Marketing Strategy and execution
  • Manage day-2-day business, including proofreading, editing, and own content creation with smart phone and engagement through our social channels
  • Monitor and report all analytics to relevant stakeholders


  • Ideally, you have a degree or comparable experience in Communications, Marketing, Literature, Linguistics, Public Relations, Journalism or Media
  • 3+ years' experience in Content Marketing, Social Media Management or Copywriting
  • Passion for content creation, editorial mindset, finely tuned writing skills, creative mind and eye for good design
  • Passion for Beauty, Lifestyle, Consumer Goods and Digital Business
  • Strong understanding of social media channels and what engages customers and builds online communities
  • Engagement and self-esteem to add own video content for Social Media and be in front of the camera
  • Understanding of web publishing, traffic, and CRM requirements
  • Native or fluent level in German and English
