E-Commerce Manager (F/M)


Reporting to the Digital Commercial Director and based in ZOEVA’s Central London office the key responsibilities of this role include: 
  • The achievement of revenue targets and driving growth through the E-Commerce channel for UK/USA & non-EU Markets
  • Development of localised E-Commerce marketing plans for each region
  • Driving traffic to the website using performance marketing channels PPC, SEO, Affiliate.
  • Ensuring CPA & ROAS figures are optimised
  • Responsible for the onsite optimisation strategy
  • Defining and executing CRM segmentation and the email marketing strategy
  • Reporting and Analysis of key business metrics including sales trends, site traffic, conversion metrics
  • Stock forecasting and managing inventory levels for E-Commerce channel
  • Collaboration with the Marketing Department to develop a successful online marketing plan and content strategy in line with other channels
  • Develop immersive online experiences through utilising their consumer centric mindset.
  • Owning the end to end E-Commerce customer journey
  • Management of agencies


  • Experience managing an E-Commerce business ideally in Beauty or similar industry
