Influencer Marketing Manager (F/M/D)


  • Create, lead and the Influencer Marketing Strategy
  • Conception and execution of the influencer marketing strategy across our social media channels
  • Creation of influencer campaigns to generate leads, reach and new target groups
  • Developing and coordinating influencer marketing campaigns from concept to execution and analysis
  • Identifying new influencers for future collaboration
  • Researching trends in influencer management, new channels, and content about the competition and in global regions
  • Monitoring and analyzing the industry and contributing new approaches and ideas to improve influencer marketing
  • Negotiating and managing contracts with influencers and network partners
  • Conducting and reporting analysis and information to relevant stakeholders
  • Managing day-to-day operations, including approving assignments for influencers
  • Working closely with other members of the digital marketing team to ensure quality and consistency in global digital marketing strategy and execution
  • Maintaining quality of motifs and copy in line with brand DNA and guides


  • Successfully completed business degree with a focus on marketing or comparable training
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in influencer marketing, influencer relations, PR or event marketing in the cosmetics, lifestyle or fashion industry
  • Strong negotiator 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain professional relationships with a variety of personalities
  • Ideally existing network of influencers
  • Team spirit, flexibility as well as strong initiative and independent working style
  • Affinity for numbers and the ability to think analytically
  • Passion and excellent digital/social media skills
  • Attention to detail, to the DNA and to the quality of the ZOEVA brand
  • Passion for beauty, lifestyle and consumer goods
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
