international Customer Service REPRESENTatIVE (F/M/D)

JOB

  • Interact with our web shop customers globally via email, social media, messaging services, live chat and phone
  • Represent the ZOEVA brand and provide customers with excellent service at all times
  • Process orders in Shopify and ERP platform
  • Create strong relationships with other departments to coordinate all product and service inquiries fast, seamlessly and satisfactory for the customer
  • Process and reply with customer product reviews and user generated content using Yotpo platform
  • Seek constant product training about the full assortment providing the customer with consultation and cross selling opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent English and German verbal and written language skills, additional language skill is a plus
  • Passionate to work with customers, excellent communication and service-oriented skills
  • 1+ years customer service/hospitality experience
  • Flexible schedule with Saturday availability
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
