Online Marketing (SEO/SEA/Social) Manager (F/M/D)


  • Lead, develop and execute ZOEVA's search engine and social marketing strategy
  • SEO: Continuous OnPage and OffPage optimization (in Usability, UX, Design, Content) against KPI’s (SERP & Rankings, Backlinks, etc) using SEO Tools and in close collaboration with inhouse marketing and external agencies
  • SEA: Focus on creation and execution of Search/Shopping Campaigns (mobile first), re-engagement and evaluating SEM trends in close collaboration with external agencies
  • SOCIAL: Focus on high-engaging Social (Shopping) Campaigns (IG, FB, YT, etc.) and evaluating Social Marketing trends in close collaboration with external agencies
  • Responsible for the strategic and operational management of all performance-oriented online marketing campaigns
  • Lead and design A/B-Tests and variations to continuously optimize the performance of all campaigns
  • Manage day-to-day business
  • Monitoring, analysis and reporting of relevant KPIs and Budget Spending


  • 3+ years' work experience in the field of digital marketing, especially in the area of content or SEM
  • Passion for data quality, numbers, online advertising and business analytics
  • Strong technical background and knowledge of best practices, search engine algorithms and ranking strategies, with a passion to stay up to date with news and trends
  • Technical knowledge of HTML, CSS is required as well as excellent understanding of using Google Ads Editor and Excel
  • User knowledge in all relevant analysis tools – Google Analytics etc.
  • Quick comprehension of complex matters and the ability to draw action-points upon results
  • Fundamental knowledge about relevant SEM KPI’s is a must
  • Passion for Beauty, Lifestyle, Consumer Goods and Digital Business
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, ideally in German as well
