Product Development Manager (F/M/D)


  • Product Development (from the idea to the finished product) in different categories taking into account ZOEVA brand values
  • Creation of product briefings for international manufacturers, subsequent management of mockups, pre-production samples and mass production
  • Implementation of the product launch calendar and cross-departmental coordination for the introduction of new products
  • Responsibility for the assigned products as well as their project management
  • Establishing good relationships with key departments, such as Operations, Digital, Marketing and Sales
  • Conducting marketing research on products and manufactures as well as monitoring the competitive environment
  • Providing support on concepts that foster the development of the brand and new products strategically
  • Administrative and organizational tasks as well as data maintenance


  • Successfully completed degree in Business or Science (e.g. Product Management, Cosmetic Technology, Food Chemistry or Materials Science) or comparable professional experience
  • 2+ years’ work experience in a comparable position (cosmetics / FMCG)
  • High standard of quality and attention to detail e.g. packaging design, quality defects)
  • Passion for beauty, cosmetic products, brands and trends
  • Analytical thinking as well as strong organizational skills and a structured, solution-oriented working style
  • Flexible, dynamic, initiative and able to work independently
  • Assertive communication towards manufactures and business partners
  • Ability to work in a team as well as very good communications skills
  • Very good MS Office knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, spoken and written
