Retail Brand Sales Coordinator (F/M)


Objective: This role is a true hands-on liaison coordinator position between Marketing, Sales, Ops, Retail Partners and the US Retail Commercial Sales Director and Field teams. Support brand initiatives through consistent and relevant creation, maintenance, editing & updating of, Educational tools, Eventing tools, protocols for Seminars, Training formats and in store, corporate shows and events. Weekly retail order entry, customer service communication & accountability for efficiency with 3PL & retail partners.  Daily the RBC should bring strong project management skills, organization, prioritization and analytic skills with genuine team-player attitude.  The ideal candidate will have experience working on multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to set timelines and due dates.  Will possess a self-starter attitude, proactive approach and thrives in a rapid-growth environment


  • Responsible for weekly retail purchase order entry, maintenance of order log, Short ships, PO change forms & efficiency in shipping timeline.
  • Liaison between Zoeva, Retail Partners & 3PL on multiple ERP systems
  • Responsible for Retailer PIM Portal, Sales Portal & New item set up, Deletion, PDP & Web Enhancement
  • Partner with Retail Commercial Sales Director & Marketing to develop comprehensive tools and strategies on existing product focuses, discontinuations and new product launches to ensure brand growth in sales & productivity
  • Collaborate with internal departments including Product Development, Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations to develop opportunities, solutions for New & Existing Retail Partners
  • Liaise with Sales, Marketing & Visual Merchandising teams on copy, graphic assets & direction.  Fill out and submit creative briefs accordingly
  • Maintain, update, revise and renew Brand Training manual with new product launches, seasonal, limited edition, protocols or messaging revisions per company direction
  • Partner with US Director on Continued development of new Education & Sales tools, materials, templates, formats & protocols for Trainings, Events, Meet Ups, Focus Days, Master Classes.
  • Update & adhere to projects on Retailer Backout Calendar.  Kickoff and execute to meet deadlines
  • Own and manage Visual Asset file for US Division use
  • Own and manage all US Field Team Testers, Samples, Gratis, GWP and promotional orders
  • Own and manage all US Field Team on boarding start up kits
  • Own and manage US Seasonal Gratis program for STE’s & MSS’s
  • Partner with AP on weekly management of files with Payroll, timesheets, cover sheets check logs for Marketing Selling Specialists
  • Liaise with Sales & Education Field Executives and AP Team in trouble shooting processes & payments
  • Facilitate or participate in Market Trainings seasonally where applicable
  • Facilitate & Partner with Sales & Training Executives on Corporate Events, Cluster / Product Knowledge Trainings, Round Robin Trainings, & Grand Openings where applicable
  • Assist, Manage and adhere to all Sales, Education & Marketing Budgets provided on an annual basis
  • Participate in Weekly TB with US Retail Commercial Sales Director and Field team
  • Communicate Daily with Retail Commercial Sales Director and Team on challenges and opportunities
  • Adhere to all company rules and regulations pertaining to T&E


  • Minimum 5 years of management experience required
  • Minimum 5 years’ sales experience required
  • Cosmetics Sales experience preferred
  • Expert in ERP, CS, Netsuite, Oracle Programs
  • Expert in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Experience & knowledge in Sales, Education, Merchandising and managing timelines
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
