Sales & Education Executive (F/M)

Mid-Atlantic USA Area
Based: Cleveland, Ohio

ZOEVA wish to appoint a Sales and Training Executive based in Cleveland, Ohio, to manage their business throughout the mid-Atlantic area of the USA within approximately 50 ULTA stores.    
This position will report to the USA Retail Commercial Director and it is anticipated the successful candidate will travel across the region around 90% of the time.
This role is a true hands-on selling and training position covering a designated territory. It is responsible for exceeding retail sales targets through the running of events and conducting education on ZOEVA to the ULTA associates, management and freelancers.
This includes supporting brand initiatives through consistent and relevant training. 
Additionally the role will ensure all merchandising updates are executively on a timely basis, the inventory levels are in place and accurate to support growth at store level.
This position includes establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with all stakeholders on a prompt and professional basis as well as management of the freelancers to ensure maximum productivity to enhance sales and visibility in-store.  
As Sales and Training Executive the successful candidate will be acting as a true ‘Brand Ambassador’ for ZOEVA at all times.
Candidates must have an excellent track record in the achievement of multi-site sales results within cosmetics or prestige retail, effective communication and influencing skills, strong commercial awareness and computer skills, including analytical expertise. 
Previous experience of working with Ulta is a strong advantage. The successful candidate will be goal driven, creative and resourceful with a background of retail training and sales.
Experience in working autonomously with self-motivation to travel/work across the region is vital for this position. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a successful history of field management working from their home base.
