(Senior) E-Commerce Manager (F/M/D)


  • Lead Global DTC P&L responsibility and drive revenue & EBITDA
  • Spearhead Global DTC E-Commerce growth strategy, initiatives and commercial plans to drive online traffic and conversation rates, customer acquisition and customer retention
  • Activate and track a contemporary KPI dashboard to execute growth and control of metrics
  • Lead a best-in-class digital user journey, UX and customer experience towards brand, commercial content, shopping tools and take ownership for global site roadmap and functionality
  • Develop customer understanding through customer data, contributing to the overall analysis of the consumer path to purchase
  • Manage Global DTC budgeting, forecasting, sales, product launch and campaign calendar, stock and digital merchandise
  • Manage day-to-day E-Commerce operations in times of high trading or team capacity shortages
  • Answer for all correct merchandising and legal content implementation within the site
  • Work closely with marketing to create an agile site experience (brand and story content, rich content product launches and promotions, merchandising, and commercial updates) and to identify further growth opportunities
  • Utilize Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) and other monitoring platforms to gain actionable customer data and insights
  • Oversee technical implementation/execution of all digital marketing programs, campaigns, content and activities (e.g. SEO, SEA, newsletter, digital advertising campaigns, affiliates, partnerships, CRM, loyalty or community programs) allowing for consistent data and results
  • Build strong relationships and work closely with further adjacent teams such as product development, operations, customer service and finance to execute a seamless E-Commerce development
  • Oversees third party resources/vendors for web development, digital projects and ongoing website maintenance
  • Manage a team of coordinators and specialists


  • 3+ years’ experience working in a similar position
  • Strategic mindset - Highly numerate, analytical and commercial with a proven ability to deliver impressive sales growth balancing high brand DNA and esthetics at the same time
  • Experience working with digital marketing initiatives
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Energetic, strong attention to detail
  • Team building skills, can motivate and drive peers
  • Ideally experience with SCRUM as Product Owner
  • Strong experience using Microsoft Office is essential, especially Excel and PowerPoint
