Our Global Sales Team is responsible for expanding our market position and global distribution of our brand portfolio. In addition to the extension and maintenance of the global sales accounts, the team is in charge of further developing the sales strategy, the POS design, monitoring and executing market research and competitor surveys as well as optimizing sales processes. The team also manages the global trainings and product launches with all our partners as well as oversees our visual merchandising.
Our Supply Chain Team optimizes and monitors the logistical flow of goods and thus the entire supply chain of our company – from the procurement through the production to the distribution and transportation of our goods. Additionally, the team controls the inventory levels and is the point of contact for all inquiries regarding stock and production volumes.
To guarantee a great customer shopping experience, we at ZOEVA attach immense importance to a smooth delivery, a thorough quality control and carefully packaged parcels. Thus, each customer order is hand-picked and packaged with love by the warehouse employees after an in-depth quality inspection. Besides coordinating our incoming and outgoing goods, our Warehouse Team controls and organizes the storage and global dispatch of our products.
Our Finance Team is responsible for all accounting and controlling processes. The team monitors and reports all company-relevant data and ensures all corporate payment transactions are looked after. Furthermore, the Finance Team holds an important role within the various departmental budgets.
Our ZOEVA Office Team is the main contact for all external service providers. The team equally supports all divisions with the organization and coordination of meetings and appointments as well as the planning of business trips and therewith ensures a smooth process.
The Brand Communications Team is responsible for leveraging and fostering the ZOEVA brand image. The department includes the fields of PR, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Graphics and E-Commerce. In addition to developing ZOEVA’s corporate identity and visual language, the team manages the expansion and maintenance of the communication tools and channels (social media and influencer marketing), the creation of all means of communication, the management of the brand’s media presence as well as the organization of events.
